St. Mary Church has asked our troop to host their Community Supper Thursday May 29th.  We need help serving from 4 to 6:45 PM.  The Church is also asking that we provide 50 servings of desert for the supper.  We will not be having our standard meeting following the supper.  Please let Mr. Ciferno know if you can help.

Boy Scout Troops are routinely given worn-out or damaged American flags to dispose of in an appropriate patriotic way,  June 14th is flag day.  The troop will be holding a flag retirement ceremony on Saturday June 14th from 6 to 9 PM at the Larkin's family farm, 9308 Ravenna Road, Chardon Ohio 44024.   It will be a solemn event that acknowledges the flag's service and ensures its dignified removal from use. The ceremony will include reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and then burning the flags respectfully in a fire. 

Scouts, summer camp.  Payment is due on May. 1st.  The cost for each Scout attending is $318 including food money.   Camp is at Beaumont Scout Reservation.  Make sure your BSA Medical Parts A, B & C are up to date.  More details to come.  BSR [Beaumont Scout Reservation], 2429 OH-45, Rock Creek, Ohio 44084

A full physical, including an examination by a physician or other health professional is required annually for summer camp. Part C is filled out by your physician.    No physical, no summer camp.  Camp rules, no exceptions.  The BSA Medical form is good for 1 year and must be current during summer camp. The BSA Medical form has not changed since 2019.

Dominic Salvatore Ciferno passed his Eagle Board of Review on 10/13/2024 and had his Eagle Court of Honor on May 1, 2025.    Dominic is the 46th Eagle Scout in Troop 190.  See the Troop 190 Eagle Honor Roll for the complete list of our Eagles [Files, Everything Eagle,].  Congratulations Sal.
