Annual dues are due at the December 11th meeting. The cost for Scouts this year is $87, Adults $77. A Scout may use any Troop bucks they have earned the past year to help pay. If you registered with the troop this year your dues are already paid in full. 

.The annual Thanksgiving campout and dinner is just a week away! The Troop will be cooking dinner that Saturday at St. Mary's for the Scouts' families who are invited to join the Troop at 6pm for a Thanksgiving dinner. Scouts that sign up are asked to please give a head count of family that will be attending so we can plan accordingly. The current planned departure time on Friday is 6:30pm from the Church parking lot. 

Scout’s Wreath Sales Highlights

Wreath sales are our only fundraising event that Troop 190 hosts.  Scouts will earn $2.50 for each item sold, $5.00 for each GiftItForward item sold. Earnings are paid in Scout Bucks and can be redeemed for Troop 190 activities, ie, campouts or summer camp.  Scouts will sell wreaths from September 18 to October 23. Sales Envelopes are due at the October 23rd troop meeting. Scouts can earn more by helping with sales at St. Mary’s Church following Mass on October 18, 19, 25,26. Sign-ups will be available at the Troop 190 meetings on October 2, 9, and 16.  Wreaths are to be delivered to customers the week after Thanksgiving.  The troop will have a wreath “shake out” and bag meeting on Saturday, November 29th (this is the Saturday right after Thanksgiving) at 10 a.m.  We will need a scout after each Mass on November 29th and 30th to assist with handing out wreaths to church customers.  Wreath Money is due December 4th at the scout meeting.

Please remember to bring your Scout Handbooks to each scout troop meeting.

Try to set some time aside to complete your partial merit badge(s).  Your Scoutmaster can help you find a merit badge councilor.  You can also work on new merit badges throughout the year; you don't have to wait for summer camp to do merit badges.  On-line merit badge worksheets can help you do each merit badge.  BE PREPARED.
