A full physical, including an examination by a physician or other health professional is required annually for summer camp. Part C is filled out by your physician.    No physical, no summer camp.  Camp rules, no exceptions.  The BSA Medical form is good for 1 year and must be current during summer camp. The BSA Medical form has not changed since 2019.

Please remember to bring your Scout Handbooks to each scout troop meeting.

Summer Camp total with patrol cooking food is $400.00  The first payment is $200 due on 3/5/2026.  $200 balance is due on 4/16/2026.  Scout Bucks are good for summer camp payment.    The Theme for Summer Camp 2026 is "Stars and Stripes Showdown - Celebrating America's 250th anniversary [1776-2026]".

   BSA Youth Protection Training Replacement Program

• Mandatory Requirement: All adult volunteers must complete the SYT within the next 12 months and by May 31, 2026.
• Annual Refresher: After completing the full course once, a 15-minute refresher and retest are required each year to stay current.
• Recognition of Prior Training: If you completed YPT before May 22, 2025, it will be honored until May 31, 2026.
• New Training Modules: SYT introduces updated modules, clearer policies, and a more robust learning experience to ensure every adult in the movement is equipped to protect and empower youth.
  The new training emphasizes proactive measures to prevent abuse and create a culture of safety within Scouting. It is available now on my.Scouting.org, and all training is accessible through the platform.

It's good for all adults to take the Safeguarding Youth Training on-line class at: http://www.scouting.org/Training/ which should be done every year. Selecting YPT will automatically direct you to the SYT training.
